Saturday, January 18, 2020 – Buyer’s market continues as new inventory continues to come on the market at level consistent with January 2019 levels, pricing for already listed inventory is adjusted downward, and transaction volume remains low.

For the day, there were twelve price reductions in all and no price increases. The largest percentage reduction from the original asking price was for a studio at La Bourgogne, a pre-war condo located at 157 East 72nd Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. See the full list below.
